Prerit helped us integrate Webgility in with Quickbooks online which we switched to from Desktop. He did a great job, answered all questions and had us back up and running with our order management promptly.
Prerit was helpful reviewing current settings and determining how to improve the sync process with QuickBooks Online. The app is somewhat of a work-in-process for my situation, however I feel the Webgility team is constantly working to improve it. They take feedback and look for solutions. It's a pleasure to work with them.
I have used the desktop version in the past and it works great. I recently moved to the online version, and it still does the job well. It does a much better job than the free connector from QB. Webgility will record your product sales as the products that you actually sold and not a generic product called Shopify product like the free QB connector does.
